What is Feeds?

Feeds in Carerota is a centralised communication hub designed to keep your team informed, engaged, and recognised. Similar to a social media news feed but tailored specifically for workplace communication, Feeds allows your company to share important updates, celebrate achievements, ensure priority messages reach the right people, and confirm acknowledgement from employees when necessary.

Types of Feed Posts

Feeds categorises posts into different types to help users easily filter and engage with relevant content.

For urgent and critical updates that require immediate attention. These posts are highlighted and may include notifications to ensure visibility. Acknowledgement Required can be enabled for these posts to confirm employees have read them.

5. Announcements

Used for major organisational changes, upcoming events, or key updates that need broad visibility. Acknowledgement Required can be enabled for these posts to ensure everyone sees and confirms receipt of important updates.

How to Access Feeds

  1. Navigate to the Feeds section from the Carerota dashboard.

  2. Browse through the latest updates posted by your company.

  3. Engage with posts by reacting, commenting, acknowledging (if required), or sharing relevant updates.
