Setting up your Carecentre.io account is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started:
Step 1: Receive Your Invitation
Your employer will send you an invitation email to join Carecentre.io. This email will contain a unique link to set up your account.
Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the invitation.
Click on the link provided in the email.
Step 2: Create Your Account
Once you click the link, you will be redirected to the Carecentre.io sign-up page.
Enter your full name and create a secure password.
Confirm your email address.
Click Sign Up to proceed.
Step 3: Set Up Your Profile
After signing up, you will be prompted to complete your profile:
Add or verify your personal details, such as phone number and job role.
Upload a profile picture (optional).
Set your notification preferences to stay updated.
Step 4: Download the Carecentre.io App
For easy access to your schedule and communication tools, download the Carecentre.io mobile app:
iOS Users: Search for "Carecentre.io" on the App Store.
Android Users: Find "Carecentre.io" on the Google Play Store.
Log in using your registered email and password.
Step 5: Log In and Explore
Once your account is set up:
Log in to your Carecentre.io account on mobile app.
Explore your dashboard to view shifts, request leave, and access CareCulture for communication.
Familiarise yourself with the settings and features available.

If you don’t receive an invitation email or face any issues during setup:
Check with your manager to ensure your email is correctly registered.
