Employees can use the Carecentre.io timesheet to track their worked hours, clock-in and clock-out records, and other shift details. This feature helps ensure accurate payroll processing and allows employees to review their attendance history.

How to Access Your Timesheet

  1. Open the Carecentre.io App – Ensure you are logged in.

  2. Go to the Timesheet Section – Tap on Timesheet from the home screen or more menu.

  3. View by Payroll Period – Timesheets are displayed according to your organisation’s payroll cycle.

  4. Select a Payroll Period – Choose the date range based on the payroll period to review specific shifts.


What Information is Displayed on Your Timesheet?

  1. Clock-In & Clock-Out Times – Shows recorded entry and exit times for each shift.

  2. Total Hours Worked – Displays total shift duration, including breaks (if applicable).

  3. Overtime Hours (If Enabled) – If your organisation allows overtime tracking, extra hours beyond scheduled time will be displayed.

  4. Breaks Taken – If break tracking is enabled, break durations will be listed.

  5. Shift Status – Shows whether a shift is completed, pending approval, or missing clock-ins.

  6. Payroll Period Summary – Provides an overview of total worked hours within the selected payroll period.


Common Questions About Timesheets

Why do I see a missing clock-in or clock-out?

  • You may have forgotten to clock in or out; contact your manager for a correction.

Can I edit my timesheet?

  • Employees cannot edit timesheets directly. If there is an error, request a correction from your manager.

Why does my total worked hours look incorrect?

  • Ensure all clock-ins and clock-outs are properly recorded.

  • Some shifts may include unpaid breaks, affecting total hours.
