Employees can update or remove their profile photo in the Carecentre.io mobile app to ensure their account is up to date. Follow these steps to change or delete your profile picture.

How to Change Your Profile Photo

  1. Open the Carecentre.io App – Ensure you are logged in.

  2. Go to the More Menu – Tap on More from the bottom navigation menu.

  3. Select Profile Settings – This will open your account details.

  4. Tap on Your Profile Photo – You will be given the option to update it.

  5. Choose a New Photo – Select one of the following:

    • Take a New Photo using your device camera.

    • Upload an Existing Photo from your gallery.

  6. Save Changes – Your new profile photo will be updated immediately.


How to Remove Your Profile Photo

  1. Go to Profile Settings – Follow steps 1-3 above.

  2. Tap on Your Profile Photo – Open the options menu.

  3. Select Remove Photo – This will delete your current profile picture.

  4. Confirm Removal – Your profile will revert to the default avatar.
