The Kudos feature in Carecentre.io allows managers and admins to recognise employees for their hard work, achievements, and contributions. Kudos can be shared publicly through Feeds or sent directly from the Employee Directory, making it easy to celebrate great work and boost morale.

How to Give Kudos in Carecentre.io

Option 1: Giving Kudos via Feeds

  1. Open the Carecentre.io App – Ensure you are logged in.

  2. Navigate to Feeds – Tap on Feeds from the bottom navigation menu.

  3. Tap the ‘+’ Button – Start creating a new post.

  4. Select ‘Give Kudos’ – Choose this option to recognise an employee.

  5. Enter the Employee’s Name – Tag the person being recognised.

  6. Write a Message – Describe the achievement or appreciation message.

  7. Attach a Badge (Optional) – Some organisations allow custom badges.

  8. Post the Kudos – The employee will be notified, and the recognition will appear in Feeds.

Option 2: Giving Kudos via Employee Directory

  1. Go to the Directory – Tap on More > Employee Directory.

  2. Search for the Employee – Find the person you want to recognise.

  3. Select ‘Give Kudos’ – This option appears in the employee’s profile.

  4. Enter a Recognition Message – Highlight their achievement.

  5. Submit the Kudos – The employee will receive the recognition, and it may also appear in Feeds if enabled.
