How to Give Kudos in Carecentre.io
Option 1: Giving Kudos via Feeds
Open the Carecentre.io App – Ensure you are logged in.
Navigate to Feeds – Tap on Feeds from the bottom navigation menu.
Tap the ‘+’ Button – Start creating a new post.
Select ‘Give Kudos’ – Choose this option to recognise an employee.
Enter the Employee’s Name – Tag the person being recognised.
Write a Message – Describe the achievement or appreciation message.
Attach a Badge (Optional) – Some organisations allow custom badges.
Post the Kudos – The employee will be notified, and the recognition will appear in Feeds.
Option 2: Giving Kudos via Employee Directory
Go to the Directory – Tap on More > Employee Directory.
