Chat Groups in Carecentre.io allow employees to communicate efficiently within managed team spaces. Employees are automatically assigned to relevant groups based on their role, department, or location, ensuring seamless collaboration and workplace communication.

Accessing Chat Groups

  1. Open the Carecentre.io App – Ensure you are logged in.

  2. Go to the More Menu – Tap on More from the bottom navigation menu.

  3. Select ‘Chat’ – This will open your assigned chat groups.

  4. View Your Groups – All groups you have been added to by admins or managers will be listed.

  5. Tap on a Group – Open a group to view and engage in conversations.

  1. Open a Chat Group – Select the group where you want to send a message.
