How to Copy a Week’s Rota
1. Navigate to the Rota Section
Log in to your CareCentre.io admin or manager account.
Go to Rotas from the main menu.
Select the week you want to copy using the date selector at the top of the screen.
2. Open the Copy Week Tool
Click on the copy icon in the rota toolbar.
Select ‘Copy Week’ from the menu.
3. Select the Destination Week
Choose the week where you want to copy the existing rota.
Ensure that no conflicts exist (e.g., overlapping shifts or pre-existing schedules).
4. Apply the Copy
Click ‘Confirm’ to duplicate the shifts into the selected week.
The copied shifts will be in draft mode until published.
5. Review and Publish
Make any necessary adjustments to the copied shifts.
Once verified, click ‘Publish’ to finalise the rota.
