CareCentre.io offers a unique feature that allows managers to view, edit, and manually clock in or clock out employees directly from the rota screen. This simplifies attendance management and ensures accurate timekeeping, especially in cases where employees forget to clock in or out.


How to View and Edit Clock-in & Clock-out Records

1. Navigate to the Rota Section

  • Log in to your CareCentre.io admin or manager account.

  • Go to Rotas from the main menu.

  • Locate the employee’s shift for which you want to check or edit clock-in records.

2. Using the Clock Icon to Manage Attendance

  • Each shift displays a Clock Icon, which provides access to clock-in and clock-out records.

  • Click on the Clock Icon to view the actual clock-in and clock-out times recorded by the employee.

  • Compare scheduled vs. actual times to identify discrepancies.

3. Editing Clock-in & Clock-out Records

  • If an employee forgot to clock in or out, managers can manually adjust the times.

  • Click the Clock Icon, update the clock-in or clock-out time, and save the changes.

  • The shift will be highlighted in blue, indicating a manager modification.

4. Manually Clocking In or Out an Employee

  • Managers can clock in or out an employee directly from the rota screen, making it easier to manage attendance.

  • Click the Clock Icon, enter the correct clock-in/out time, and confirm.

  • This feature is particularly useful for employees who forget to clock in or have technical issues.
